2012 Saturday Jan28th Farmington had fun at the best cookoff ever. Here's Evie Cowles Report:
We had a great group of entries as well as a fun group of people. Thanks to all the chefs who contributed to the chili, ribs, wings and cole slaws as well as to those who supplied sides, appetizers and desserts. I don't think anybody walked away hungry. Robin Mellen and I want to thank all of those who helped - especially the great kitchen worker bees Kim Middleton, Kate Johnson, BJ Korol, Linda Uihlein, Donny and Sharon Lainhart and whoever else pitched in to make it work. Most of all thanks to our great judges from the "Keswick Men Who Cook", Tom Estes and Thoma Johnson who both took their job very seriously, though after tasting 10 chilis, 8 wings, 5 ribs and 5 cole slaws they didn't seem to want much dinner!
