2011 Saturday November 12th Rockbridge Hunt welcomed more than a dozen FHC members to a joint meet at Montafon Farm, a favorite fixture near Glasgow, Virginia. Ellie Wood Baxter, Jane Fogleman,Shelly Thompson,B.J.Korol, Debbie Wright, April and Kevin Fletcher, Reynolds Cowles, Jebb Cuthbert, Ken Chapman, Beth Sutton,Put Spaulding and Mary Quinn Lawrence rode with the field of hospitable Rockbridge members, and car followers included FHC MFH's Pat Butterfield, Carol Easter, and Huntsman Daron Beeney while Staff members Alison Beeney and MFH Joy Crompton enjoyed working with their Rockbridge counterparts over a large expanse of unspoiled, spectacular hunt country with beautiful views. We were treated to a hearty breakfast at Montafon Farm, home of our gracious hosts Fred and Barbara Burks provided by hunt members. Thanks to Pat Butterfield for some wonderful scenic photos of the historic area, and the incredible vistas we enjoyed that day.
